Thank you for sharing these! I've got a bag of Masienda in my freezer, and it looks like any one of these would be a great way to use some of it!

So grateful for your masa harina custard advice! I recently bought some masa harina after being inspired by your instagram posts, and my first thought was to use it in a custard-based ice cream sweetened with honey. Will definitely be using the tip about the extra tablespoon of flour!
